Adobe and NVIDIA promise faster AI features for creative professionals
The companies are expanding their collaboration to accelerate Photoshop, Premiere and Substance 3D.

Adobe and NVIDIA announced an expanded partnership on 15 October to improve the performance of software used in creative production. Development covers Photoshop, Premiere, Substance 3D and Frame.io.
According to the companies, optimizations for RTX Spark hardware can double the speed of selected AI-assisted processing tasks. Faster image editing, color grading and 3D texturing could make professional visual production more efficient.
Notable applications include video object masks, speech enhancement and finishing 3D materials for games. Local processing may also reduce the need to upload large datasets to the cloud.
The claimed twofold increase refers to specific tasks measured by the vendors, not a promise that every software function will run twice as fast. Independent benchmarks are still needed.
